Multi-use and industrial greases must maintain structure, adhesion, and film strength across a wide range of operating conditions, particularly in formulations designed to meet performance standards such as NLGI GC-LB and the newer NLGI HPM specifications. FUNCTIONAL grease polymers enhance grease systems by increasing viscosity control, improving shear stability, and reinforcing the internal thickener network without overbuilding soap structure. Tackifying polymers further improve cohesion and surface adhesion, helping grease resist washout, leakage, and mechanical displacement in demanding bearing and chassis applications.
