Dust suppressants and air filter aids address two sides of the same airborne-particle problem: preventing loose material from becoming airborne and capturing contaminants before they enter equipment. Dust suppression benefits unpaved roads, construction sites, mines, quarries, and other heavily traveled or material-handling areas. Filter oils protect off-road motorcycles, ATVs, landscaping equipment, and other machinery using foam or paper air filters.

FUNCTIONAL polymer technology provides the adhesion and cohesive strength needed to stabilize dusty surfaces or create a tacky, water-resistant oil film on foam filters. Ready-to-use FUNCTIONAL DSA products or concentrates binds soil particles in heavily traveled areas, while V Series polymers and tackifiers support easy-application, low-VOC, and aerosol filter oils designed to trap dust and dirt while maintaining airflow. These systems can be tailored for viscosity, tack, penetration, retention, flash point, and low-temperature performance.
